"Sign Off" consists of montaged television sign offs from the 1970's-1990's. Sign offs occurred every evening at the end of the broadcast day. Often these sign offs displayed guns and the military might of the US Government coupled with the audio of the National Anthem. I have montaged these sign offs with the CCTV and media footage of the Columbine tragedy as mass shootings have became the daily routine in the United States.
